The initials D.G. stand for defying gravity. I would say that in this time in history everyone is “defying gravity” in their own way. We all have challenges that we must face and rise above.
We’re making a promise to you now, to source as many local ingredients as possible for each menu item. D.G. Café is really the foundation of an idea, to serve a community we love, that inspires us to do more for one another & hopefully becomes your go to place, that serves amazing food and drinks, and yes defies gravity……..
